Capt. Ross Robertson has made his complete living as a full time professional angler for more than 20 years. Through the years he has worn many hats including time as a guide, boat salesman, TV host, outdoor writer, product designer, tournament fisherman, speaker and radio or podcaster to name a few.

The Bigwater team fishes ice-out to ice-up on the Great Lakes, specifically we spend the majority of the year on Lake Erie’s Western and Central basins. For a majority of the season we can Port Clinton, Oh house base. We are committed to making your trip both fun and educational. We specialize in trophy fish, educational trips and just plan having a good time away from the daily grind. Most of our boat trips accommodate form 1 to 3 guests, but we have multiple boats available for larger parties.

Our tournament winning team has been featured in outlets such as In-fisherman, Outdoor Life, Field and Stream, FLW, The Meat Eater as well as many newspaper and other national publications. All Captains are Coast Guard licensed and fully insured.
